Sheri is an encouraging, dedicated and patient teacher who has inspired our son, Giacomo, to love playing the guitar. She takes pride in the success of her students, and she gives them enormous confidence. Our son was a finalist in tryouts for a lead role in School of Rock on Broadway. My husband and I are thrilled to have found such an inspiring music teacher!

Sheri has been my son Paul's guitar teacher since he was 8 years old. She was so patient and encouraging then and still at 20, he looks for her guidance. She truly has become a mentor to him. He has excelled as a guitarist and all around musician.Sheri has truly been an inspiration to him and will always be a special person in our lives.

I am starting my third year of lessons with Sheri. She gently guides you through the finger positions, chords, picking and strumming. She emphasizes reading music with her students at all levels. She pushes me to work harder and challenge myself with new things.

Sheri Alexander is a gifted guitarist who has been my son's guitar instructor for over 5 years. Jack really enjoys his lessons with Sheri, saying that she "breaks everything down and makes it simple", and "she really knows her stuff". Jack's guitar skills have greatly improved since he started studying with Sheri, and he has developed a love of guitar, and music in general, that is wonderful to see.
